This notice governs access to and use of quantumiscoming.com (“the site”), the publication on quantum computing, quantum machine learning and post-quantum cryptography run by QIC Solutions, S.L. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

2 · Purpose and acceptance
Access to the site is free, requires no registration and makes you a user, which means accepting this notice in the version published at the time of access. QIC Solutions may change the presentation, configuration and content of the site at any time.
3 · Use of the site
Users agree to use the site lawfully and not to:
- use it for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights or interests of others;
- introduce viruses or other software that could damage the systems of QIC Solutions, its providers or other users;
- attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas, other users’ data or the site’s systems;
- send bulk or automated messages through the contact form.
4 · Nature of the content
The content of the site is informative and journalistic. It is not technical, legal, financial or investment advice and should not be the sole basis for any decision. Every technical claim comes with its source; if you spot an error, you can report it from the contact page.
Some pieces are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence tools and are always reviewed by a person before publication. How and when this happens is explained on the “Use of AI in our newsroom” page, and each piece says so in its label.

QIC Solutions aims to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the site will always be available. It is not liable for damage arising from the use of the published information or from service interruptions, except where the law requires otherwise.

The site links to third-party sources and pages. QIC Solutions does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content; a link does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

9 · Governing law and jurisdiction
