Privacy policy

This site collects the minimum information it needs to work and to reply to people who write to us. There is no advertising and no profiling; data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

The site uses no analytics or advertising tools and includes no buttons or videos that load social media services on their own. YouTube videos do not load until you click on them, and then use its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

The form fields are required so that we can reply. We do not collect special categories of data or knowingly collect data from minors.

Messages you send us are not passed to any artificial intelligence tool or used to train models.

3 · Who else has access to the data

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. For the site to work, the following providers process it on our behalf as processors:

• Bluehost (Newfold Digital, Inc., USA): hosting of the site and sending of the email it generates.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): delivery network, attack protection and forwarding of email received at quantumiscoming.com addresses.
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365): the mailbox where we receive and answer messages.

4 · International transfers

Some of these providers are US companies and may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers rely on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the companies certified under it and, otherwise, on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. 5 · Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles of visitors.

6 · Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] or to the controller’s postal address. Tell us which right you want to exercise; if we need to verify your identity, we will ask.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7 · Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk (Art. 32 GDPR): encrypted connections across the site, two-step verification for anyone who administers or edits it, and access to messages limited to the newsroom.

If what the site does with data changes, we will update this policy and the date shown above.
